    Default Deodorant

Are you a spray-on type of person or a roll-on?

I prefer the roll-on type. Spray on, I'm paranoid that I didn't put enough on and then I put too much on. I don't like roll-on gel because it's cold during the cold months and it melts in the hot weather. Solid roll-on for me!

I really really really hate gel. I don't see why anyone would prefer gel over a stick. (I think roll on is mainly for women's deodorant although I've had one before.) Unless you want deodorant that actually "feels" like it's doing something, then gel is the way to go but it's just too messy for my tastes and ugh.

Old Spice's liquidy gel for me. I've never had an issue with melting in hot weather though! Spray seems too much like hit-miss. I'd be afraid of not getting my pits directly enough and just over-apply all the time!

Does anyone else require antiperspirant deodorant? I sweat gallons, so going without antiperspirant makes for lots of ickiness!

I like the stick kind. Gel makes me feel all cold like.

If I was a guy I would use the Old spice because their commercials are awesome.

I don't sweat a lot at all unless it's humid or I'm really hot under my blankets. I woke up sweating this morning and I hated feeling all sticky like that Better than waking up freezing though!

So to answer your question, I do use anti-perspirant deodorant, but I don't necessarily need it.

Gel deodorants are absolutely disgusting in every way, shape, and form.

I use stick deodorant. Quick, easy, and not smurfing sticky or slimy.

Spray it on me! It's quicker and more convenient for me, especially when I'm half way out the door because I'm really late. And I can just spray it on my clothes and smell nice~

Y'all make out gels to be like.. goopy and thick and everlasting! It's really watery and just evaporates away, leaving nothing but perfection behind! D:

Old spice stick. The blue kind. No Aluminum, like other deodorants. Less of a cancer threat.

YUCK YUCK YUCK. Gel is just lkawefhwekaj. <-That's me shuddering. Absolutely stick for me. I don't really need it because I don't sweat a lot, but still, every day!

Fun Fact: Deodorant is what you will typically find in Japan, so if you go for an extended stay, bring your own antiperspirant.

I use a spray, the Rexona for men 24 hours stuff. After much trial and error, I find it's the only one that actually WORKS for more than 12 hours.

I use Old Spice's blue stuff. I hate that gel that comes out through a strainer, looks like Play-doh. It's taken me many a year to find a deodorant I like. The white powdery crap makes m'shirt's pits all yellow and the spray only lasts an hour or two.

I'm a big fan of gel sticks; can't believe there are so many haters. I pretty much agree with Xaven that it simply goes on and... that's it! You're covered.

Depends, it's either roll on cream or spray; been trying different brands. My fav so far is Clarins (hands down), love it. It's very long-lasting and it smells wonderful. Right now I'm trying a WELEDA deodorant which is a spray; I quite love it (apparently it's "free from synthetic additives, fragrance, colour, preservatives and aluminium salts"). I've only tried the Citrus scented thus far, and it's quite refreshing! I am strongly recommending Clarins and Weleda. They're just awesome.

    Edit: HAET at Dove deodorants.
