To topic, completing the grid itself isn't that hard, but leveling every stat up to 255 can be a pain in the ass.
Correction: Catch every monster five times. You simply need to unlock Ultima Buster. And by the way they're 10000 gil apiece.

I dunno... it was quite quick to level almost every stat to 255, only luck is . But I'm not going for high HP (9999 are enough), that way I don't need any clear spheres .
