What's the single most dissapointing game you've ever played?

Probably Wet. I expected a game that, while not fantastic, would have the style and right amount of absurd fun to be worth a play through (based on the demo).

I'm surprised the demo even left you with expectations that high. Even the demo had a ton of gameplay problems, not the least of which being that I didn't find a single bit of it fun.
