You can't make an obvious implication and hide behind a lack of explication.Originally Posted by Iceglow

There were serious problems well before the competition ended. Hell, before the competition even started.Actually my initial post is not complaining about something it's more pointing out that people need to grow up and realize that life is not fair and that the fact this competition got pulled is not the end of the world as we know it.
The competition ended because of THE STAFF vetoing the finalists. The staff's lack of respect for the members caused the end of the competition.A competition that people put time and effort in to winning was ended prematurely because some members bitched about it. Nobody in the final wins because the staff who went to great lengths I am sure to think up tasks that would best show the ability of the members participating gave up and some even quit because the people who were constantly whining about it which is childish.
I've been here for 10 years. It's not something you just leave on a whim, at least not without trying to change. I see something that I think is wrong, I point it out. If the staff can't deal with their mistakes being publicized, then that's their problem -- and they should stop making those same mistakes over and over (as detailed in my last long post, minus the relevant pictures that were staff-deleted).If you don't like how a forum is run or the way things are determined on a forum then leave that forum there will always be around 20 others where you can try to find something you like.
