Another possibility would be to use Last Exit and Ghost splatter the enemies. However I will point out since it is endurance not score what matters this might not be worthwhile since I doubt on heroic our Ghosts would allow us to survive so many stick grenades like it did on easy, which is what myself and psy just done, we splattered our way to over 200k.
