Well, I don't know about that.
People have speculated that there'll be a game mode where you can have a custom armour ability. Jet pack, the ability to sprint, ability to roll, invisiblity and possibly some deflector shield (as seen on the ghost in the trailer).
Jetpacks is really awesome, but not in a multiplayer game. That's just stupid.
A 2D plane in multiplayer in a small space is barely overlookable as it is. Do you really want to add a third dimension to that?

This trailer is pure multi so they're all going to be in multi, and "Loadouts" seems like the name of a game mode.
Anyway, the Spartans in the actual campaign will be Noble Six, Cat, Carter, Emile (winner) Jun and Jorge.
Am I the only one that thinks these new additions are a travesty?
Maybe sprinting, that's fine.

As I say, I think they're just going to be in a specific game mode and won't be in every game, otherwise yeah, it'd suck. Although they could also be power ups like overshield etc.
I'm just waiting for the Halo games to finally get a decent single player mode.
Personally, I think that Bungie should get their buddies at Rooster Teeth to write the single player campaign. Halo: Red vs Blue would be totally awesome.

I'm pretty excited for Reach, really. I heard that they got rid of the god-awful rank system and replaced it with something less retarded.
The concept of no more rankwhoring is a very pleasant one, and it'll hopefully cut down on the people who make second accounts to play against newbies (which totally offsets the TrueSkill system or whatever it's called) just so they can get that ever-precious 50.
Maybe I'll have more of a chance to kill opposite team members when playing with Psy and Iceglow then xD
