The no Pre-Evolutions rule honestly seem kina unnecessary anyway. I really can't see how using a pre-evolution could be favourable, so it's the least important rule by far.

If only that were true. Not only are there competitively useful pre-evolutions, but some outperform their fully evolved counterparts (Porygon2 for example, though it's defensive while Porygon-Z is offensive). Back on point, that rule is uber bad, and really hurts TR teams. Easiest fix is changing Species Clause to block pre-evolutions of the same species. Now that that rant is out of my system, I joined eoff a bit too late to get in on this, so I'll be giving a pokemon (of their choice) to the winner. I've got access to all 493 (read in my PC, but bad IV/EVs), so if you want something I don't have* I can breed it flawlessly for you with whatever Platinum egg moves you want (RNG for HG/SS is too annoying without an emulator).
EDIT:*Meaning most likely shiny with flawless IVs, a matching nature, and moveset.
