Isn't "It's morphin' time!" from Power Rangers?

I haven't played FFV Advance in English, so the only references I know are "It's morphin' time" and the "cheese biscuits" reference to Red Lobster.
This kind of self-aware irreverence almost seems out of place (if not reminiscent of a Working Designs localization), but if it fits any game in this series even barely, it's probably FFV.
