More ridiculous and unbelievable reasons towards the end. I don't think we can hope to be fooling many people towards the end anyway.

A believable reason we can use in the beginning is to put someone on leave (like we did with foa) until summer to focus on school.

I would be sad if we passed this one up, just since it's like it already stared what with a billion people already leaving.

And FTR, I would probably be one of the last admins standing with BoB. Last time I stepped down I hated it. Though I'm sure my leaving in the middle of everyone else is believable to others so I'll roll with it. Probably say I got a job and just don't have time? If I was pregnant I'd probably be around more.
*snip* is less relevant now. If we'd done it at the height of *snip* it would've been a lot better.
