Okay I put Rye and WK back into CK and demoted Psy to CK. My reasoning is that I saw he did it and until I get a decent explanation as to why they were demoted Psy is no longer an admin. I have to go home soon so I probably won't get your explanation that quickly!

look at me posting from my phone! i say we should completely reverse the staff on april 1st - remove all remaining staff and promote all the old staff, both fake and real.

Throughout the day we should just completely reshuffle the roster over and over again.

Keep everyone in Invisible CK and Invisible Admin. Then make Fake CK and Fake Admin user groups, which are just Registered with the title. Make those appear on the forums leader page. Then who ever we put in those groups will appear on the leaders page but will not have real powers, and we keep our true powers the whole time.

And at the end of the day they guess who is really on staff and who isn't. Fake knight raist and all. watch the different reactions of those who are in and out of the knowledge of what's really going on.

I really think on April 1st we should reknight everyone, *snip* and I guess possibly *snip*, and then fake knight people from the contest. People will be confused as to who's a real knight or fake (bonus because they will wonder if the old knights are really knights now)

Late into the day on April 1st re-admin/knight everyone, *snip*, and announce "April Fools!"

I think the fake knightings are superfluous though, personally.

Just throwing out ideas of how to work it rather than it ending up completely scattered and ending up kind of a letdown. Obviously we can improvise if needed, though, but I think that it would be neat to do the last two in particular, with all and then none, so people can start to guess if anything is actually going to happen.

Shlup: You can shorten the ending pretty easily by having the last hours only be 4 hours rather than 6. It's pretty easy.

I'd only have Raistlin as the only staffer if he's not banned. If he's banned, I'd rather leave him out of it.
