While I think people are going to start thinking about our previous April Fools where something similar happened and catch on by the time we have only ten staff left (which is well before April 1st, I imagine), this will be amusing if only to see if they can figure out which staffer started the joke, because so many have already left.

I agree that it would be more realistic if only the most popular people left and there were some mean Livejournal entries about it or something because only a child would be fooled by the fact that everyone is nearly gone by April 1. I mean, if you really want to fool them.

I created a "Cid's Knights - Invisible" usergroup. Now you look like Former Staff but you can still moderate! If I did it right...

Also created an "Administrators - Invisible" group. Someone with more usergroup experience should probably take a look at these, too, just to be sure. Not sure how Admin permissions and stuff works, for example.

Of course a lot of them will know what's up. Anything out of the ordinary happening within 3 months of April arouses the suspicion of most of them.

But this is a chance to poke fun at ourselves as well as confuse them as to what's real and what's part of the joke.

I don't think he will, if only because he doesn't use the internet much lately because of his work in his master's course (he has to start his dissertation research soon), and because it's perpetually going down at his place. For what it's worth, he told me the other day that he liked Lightening, so he must not have figured any resemblances out yet. xD
