*shrug* "We're going to bring in one or two people, we're just in debate over who those two people should be". It ain't hard, folks! Some people could even leave over it.
Also, the schedule of people leaving in an insane amount right before April Fools makes it so obvious that by the time April Fools comes along everyone will know exactly what will happen anyway. That's the only downside of this. Anyone who doesn't figure it out is pretty deluded.
