    Default I shouldn't be here...

So today I found myself in The Vue, surrounded by little children or girly little teenagers who talk all the way through the movie, thinking "..wow, I shouldn't be here, watching this film " since I should have grown out of cute-looking dragons (How To Train Your Dragon...3D..).

I felt compelled to feel embarrassed, but still I swaggered to my seat like I was all it. The middle-aged man next to me at least had a reason - his five year olds wanted to see the cute-looking dragons in *gasp* 3D. . .my reason? I-HAD-NO-VALID-REASON.

My question to you: do you ever watch things that are aimed at a completely different target audience?

Nope, if I'm watching something I'm guessing they were aiming at me. But on a serious note, half of what I watch are probably aimed at a younger audience.

Oooh I was intrigued by that dragon film too! It's weird cos if I was younger I definately would've dragged my parents out to the cinema with me to see it, but now I feel kinda weird wanting to watch it

It's times like this when I wish I had a little person who I could use as my excuse to watch kiddie films

Nobody in the theater cares...and if they do then they are insecure.

There's always one person somewhere, who looks at you and checks out whether you've got any little kid with you as your excuse. . .

I had no excuse at all.

Yeah but then they look away and completely forget about it. People look around finding something to hate about a random person all the time. I bet you do it too.

xD difference being is that I often don't need to look very hard, esp. in a cinema full of children.

That's another problem with it I guess.
