If I'm home alone (which I mostly am) I won't ever shut the bathroom door unless I'm having a shower, and even then it's only to trap the steam so it's not a cold shock to leave the shower. If I'm with my closest family I'll close the door but only sometimes bother locking it. If there are others nearby I'll usually lock it.
