When Sora became a Shadow, Roxas and Naminé were formed at the same time. Kairi's heart had went inside him when Destiny Islands was lost to darkness, so when Sora stabbed himself and released his heart, he released two hearts, causing the formation of Roxas and Naminé. Though the truth is, Naminé is technically not a Nobody.

Since Roxas and Naminé were both formed from Sora making him technically the parent of these two...yeah.
