I agree with you, but I would like to add Mediterranean as well. Those three are great and I would have liked to hear them in the game. The other unreleased tracks (that I've heard) are either just more of what's already in the game, or not quite as good as the majority of the OST.
Waltz kind of sounds like something you'd find on the FF VI soundtrack.
That said, it has an almost haunting melody. I find myself quite infatuated with it.
The main theme wouldve been great as the airship theme.

I'm in love with the waltz!
Waltz was uber kickass! And the rest were alright, but they were just really alternate versions to some of the songs that actually made it into the game. They weren't bad by any means, they just didn't have that pizzaz like waltz and the ones that made it into the game.
When we dance, it looks just like Fire.
When we sing, it sounds the same tone.
