cactuar question, possible spoilers!

hey i know this is a bit random but im in postgame, just generally running around doing missions, and i remember seeing/reading somewhere that the cactuars in the archylte steppe can upgrade to another stronger version?
I know theres a mission for a gigantaur thing, but according to my guide there are a couple of other versions, yet apart from saying they are in the archylte steppe it doesnt say anything about how u get em to appear...?

Any ideas anyone?
I do know one type can be found in titans trials, but there are 2 other types according to my guide not missions, just general types of cactuars.

At the start of battle they do a Cactus Dance. If you don't interrupt them they will grow into a slightly larger form.

Ooohhh, i always wondered what that cactus dance thing was i just assumed it was a power up thing lol

there's a lone giant cactuar surrounded by flans in one of the corners of the archylte steppe, and there are also flowering cactuars in the faultwarrens.
