Hit Print Screen on your keyboard (ought to be near the F12 key). Then Paste into an image editting program. Crop + resize for common sense.
After you've saved your shot, Mognet Message MILF with a link to your file. You'll have to use a image hosting site like photobucket to do this. Or you can just attach the image if PMs let you do that (I don't usually put pictures in my PMs, so I don't know if you can.)
