Speaking of facebook, isn't it so creepy when a stranger that lives near you adds you? No mutual friends, no photo, you don't recognize the name, nothing?
We have a group at least, I'm not sure if there's a difference between a fan page and a group. I suppose a fan page perhaps shows updates in the news feed? I know groups don't do that at least. I like keeping off- and online lives somewhat separate. I won't say no to a friend request from an EoFFer, but I don't want to be called Levian on my facebook profile and I don't want to be called by my full name here. The people I've met from here I do consider IRL friends, so if only I'd live in the uk or usa, I'm sure the offline and online worlds would be more intertwined.
We need to set a law that we don't talk about EoFF related stuff on other people's Facebook statuses randomly.
