Mountain Dew Throwback (2009/2010) – Mountain Dew made with natural sugar (instead of HFCS) ... The 2009 version's formula had real sugar and no orange juice, whereas the 2010 version's formula has orange juice in it. This is still available in select locations.

Apparently, most soft drinks/soda bottled in the US use HFCS instead of sugar. So I think this (or at least the 2009 version) is just supposed to taste like the Mountain Dew the rest of the world gets.

Btw. The name White Out is a big turn off for me. It reminds me of liquid paper/correctional fluid.. or whatever else it can be called.
