6 x 2 = 12. 12/24 = 1/2. You'd be sleeping half the day, why call it uberman when you're really sleeping MORE than normal? xD

Meant to say 20 minute naps for a total of 2 hr sleep/24 hr.

Ah, now that makes more sense. I wonder if it works, personally I never feel refreshed after naps like I do normal sleeping so I don't think it would for me. Also I wonder if it lets you get rem sleep in.

It doesn’t work and it is discouraged by many.

    Serves you right.

Oh, I don't mind napping myself. I take them too frequently for my own good, though.

I take a nap after imbibing in copious amounts of fermented drink!

Last summer, I was all about napping, but since I started tutoring, my spaces between classes have been full up

15-30 minutes is ideal for a nap, it gives you a little rest but your body doesn't have time to start thinking it's going to be a long sleep, so you won't feel all terrible waking up! That said, I still don't take naps often at all.

I only nap when I did a lot of work in the day, usually in a truck riding home.

I usually take a nap in the late afternoons.. Although its preferable to take a power nap... Otherwise I get groggy and out of whack!

Like Rye and MILF I often feel groggy and uncomfortable after taking a nap, so I seldom do it. If I'm sleepy in the middle of the day I drink some strong coffee, or try to stay awake until the evening and it's time to go to bed. It usually works better that way for me.

However, I do nap when I'm sick.
