That was a pretty gruesome movie, but I still felt it was all pretty surreal and nonsensical, because of all the freaky mutation. The Human Centipede has more of a realistic element to it and that's probably all the difference in my case.

So funny, I heard about this on the radio show I listen to. It looks funny but the concept...*shudders* Reduce Reuse and Recycle I suppose.
