I'm actually genuinely freaked out from that trailer.
I think it is pretty sick, but at the same time... If you want to make a genuinely scary horror movie, this is the path to go down.
I just hope no insane people actually try this in real life.

That's so wrong. I don't normally like to watch horror movies, mostly because the vast majority of them suck. If this film is anything like Saw in quality and originality, I'll watch it.

You have to kill the time somehow till Babies comes out.
This movie doesn't seem good enough to be a good horror film like the original saw, and it doesn't seem laughable enough to be an awesome 'drunk with friends' movie like teeth was. But I may give it a look if I get bored.

Alright, I read the plot, and like... my stomach is churning.
Honestly, it's not nearly as bad as the stuff I saw in Tokyo Gore Police. That had some disgusting stuff in it.
