NZ tomorrow. In the game we're most likely to score a goal in, I think! Maybe we will! I can hope! Or if not, maybe we can get a 0-0! I can hope some more!

As if you're going to get past Martin Skrtel. He is going to eat, literally devour, half your team.

Japan looked decent, which is surprising as their build up was meant to be even worse than France's. But Cameroon were disappointing, and they wasted Eto'o somewhat.

    Italy are looking decidedly average.

No, Italy's in the past. It's been declining for years now. All the good players in their teams come from somewhere else, like England.

I have gone for Argentina, but I am finding it difficult to watch games because of the majority selfish African fans who keep blowing that annoying horn in every game for 90 minutes.

    Vuvuzelas:
This tournament has turned out a disappointment. It should have never been hosted in South Africa, seeing how insensitive they are to the rest of the world. They seem to have a chip on their shoulder. The World football tournament is as it says “world” not just for South Africa. We could understand if they play this traditional instrument when S.A. is playing but not at every match for a month. It is dreadful and we have to mute the TV and not enjoy the game. We are very disappointed with their indifference to the wishes of the majority of the world, the players and rest of the world supporters who travelled all the way there to support their teams but cannot be heard. It is a deliberate method.
Pretty much it. Also I am hearing it isn't even a cultural thing since this instrument was brought over from Mexico a decade or 2 ago. Any case, I don't mind them blowing it at African games but not at every single game and for 90 minutes. It is just selfish....even through national anthems.

Hopefully common sense will prevail with a ban.

    Back on topic:

Argentina are my pick because I just feel it is their year. Brazil. Spain obviously are big favourites too. England don't have a prayer and nor do Italy from what i have seen so far....
