I'm probably about halfway through the 30 Day Shred. I dunno. I'm on level two now. I've lost a bit more weight (I can see it a lot in my face), but mostly I feel more toned, especially in my arms. I want to show you guys my mega guns, but I worry it'll scare you guys too much. ;D
