Bulletproof is ridiculously 80s, which is a Very Good Thing. Although on second thought, I'm Not Your Toy might be a superior video.

MGMT - Time to Pretend has everything I'd ever wanted to see in a music video. Besides the awesome psychedelic colours and creatures it has some out-of-this-world surprises and the song is absolutely amazing.
Space hard!

YouTube - A Perfect Circle - 3 Libras The video clip isn't as good as the song, but it's still beautiful, and one of the few video clips I like that doesn't feature a live performance. (also has some boobies in it, so you've been warned).
YouTube - Radiohead - Paranoid Android This is a great video clip as well, has some really good imagery.
And people have already mentioned 'Here it Goes Again', 'Smack My Bitch Up', and 'Weapon of Choice'.
Apparently, this is their newest video. I like it more than "Here It Goes Again". But yeah, OK Go has some neat videos.
As for my favourite video? I have no idea - there are too many great ones out there.
M.I.A.'s latest video for "Born Free" is pretty damn great, though, and all its nine minutes are superb. Beware if you decide to watch it on YouTube - the video features violence, lots of blood, drug use and naked people.
Even though I'm not completely obsessed with GJ anymore, I still think her "Slave to the Rhythm" video is art beyond imagination.
