    Default Pokey Quilty Pincushion

A real easy fun project to do with tiny scraps of fabric. Just quilt the pieces together so that you have two pieces, each with 4 squares, pin with right sides together, sew around, leaving a small gap in one of the black square sections, turn inside out, stuff with poly-fill or whatever you have, and then slip stitch the hole together. The final touch is a button on each side. I'm only half done; when it's fully complete, both sides will have a button, which result in a more of a pinched shaped in the center of the cushion like the tutorial shows.

But I only have one button right now so here it is mostly done:

This is a much better pin cushion than my plush tomato.

    Aww, that's super cute!

Although I might like it even more with like a bright red or yellow button.

Thanks! I thought the same with the button. I was digging through my pile of spare clothes buttons, because I ran out of cute buttons, so I kind of just put that one in. I was thinking a yellow or an orange button!
