I think the Purge is very recent.I was mostly referring to fal'Cie as well. The fal'Cie had to have been the ones who started the fear of Pulse, and if they didn't they sure as didn't do anything to put those fears to rest. Why would they let the hatred of Pulse go on only to admit a Pulse citizen should they come a knocking?
