New Game after completion [spoilies]
I could have sworn I heard that once you beat the game, you can start a New Game and you'll still have all of your jobs and items, or something to that affect.
This is totally false, isn't it? =[

I don't think you save anything. You might be confused with Final Fantasy IV's DS remake, where you keep augments.
Or something. The DS remake for III is just like the GBA remakes for I & II, in that you keep nothing. :[
Its called sol of rebirth, and it is where you play as your dead characters, with all the equipment they died in
