I just noticed that it has disappeared, and has been gone for several weeks. How do I get it back? I liked having it there.

EDIT: On the subject of desktop aesthetics, I have a bonus question. How do you set up custom icon sets? Like these:

EDIT2: Omg, I managed to get my sidebar back. I feel so dumb for making this thread. Ignore my sidebar troubles. Help me set up custom icons now!
