On my Moms side, Grandma and Grandpa decided that I was going to Disneyworld. I was 7 and it was amazing
On my dads side my Grandma got a complete stranger to give her, my sister and myself a piece of his wedding cake. The fact that he actually gave it to her was better than the cake though.
