They're CDs of classic Square songs from Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, and other games. Love SQ came out in November of last year, and Chill SQ came out yesterday. I learned this just today, and I didn't find any other threads about these releases.

I haven't listened to Chill SQ yet (just the sample video on SE's YouTube channel), but Love SQ is great.
