Working on Mint's story for Threads of Fate on my PSP as well. Played Rue's story already and I'm finding Mint's to be a lot easier and more amusing so I'm glad I saved it for second.

Recently completed Professor Layton and the Unwound Future for NDS and started Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded. While the story is the least interesting of any other KH by far, I really enjoy the matrix system. KH seems to build upon its system with each entry contrary to FF which always tries to reinvent the wheel.

Finally, I have Xenoblade Chronicles going for Wii which is an awesome game. You know it's a great game when you spend 5 hours in one area doing quests and don't even notice it. The story is also pretty interesting and I anticipate it will just get better.
You may find the ending to re: coded a tad... uhm... disappointing. I won't spoil it for you, but it's lazy to say the least.

Finished Red Dead Redemption again yesterday & the ending is still just as powerful as it was the first time I saw it!

RDR's ending is the only way it could possibly end, but it still surprised me and was one of the most powerful endings in video games.

Playing smurfing ANGRY BIRDS IN SPACE. I was also bouncing about in BioShock but I cannot play that game 1) at night 2) home alone 3) in the smurfing wilderness 4) when there are dingos about. The howling and noises and trout just... no.

    I lol'd

I have yet to find something that truly scares me more than just a jump, despite my never ending quest ot be scared.
    Except spiders.

Playing gravity rush, great game, looks great, unfortunately there isn't much to do after finishing the story mode, but the replay value for the story is huge.

I am currently running errands for Sander Cohen or whatever, the smurfing lunatic art guy. I still don't understand how Andrew Ryan thought that putting a bunch of artists underwater and giving them complete freedom to do whatever the smurf they wanted was a good idea. Doesn't he realise artists are the most insane people we have?

Yeah I'll agree that it really was the only way the story could play out but because you become so invested in the main character, in a way few sandbox games have done, RDR creates that moment of pure drama that tugs hard on the heart strings of the player.
