I've been playing a lot of Vicky 2 lately but I think I might go back to Endless Space. Largely because it's turn-based and meshes well with my writing.

Got a new graphics card a couple days ago and have since been enjoying New Vegas in shiny form, and have put a bit of time into Alan Wake as well, which was pretty good. I'm also now able to play Shogun 2 with larger than tiny units and everything! I'm feeling a Mountain Blade itch as well, so I expect that will be getting played shortly. Thanks to the Steam Sale I've got a fair few things I want to go through because I can actually play them now. ARMA 2 will need a proper look, for example.

Currently playing through Suikoden Tactics at a snails pace, and to complement my one battle a week of this, I've been playing a fair bit of Bastion and Psychonauts. Having fun all round.

I tried the demo but that put me off for one reason completely unrelated to the gameplay: the demo only let you use the analog controls, and every tutorial it provided assumed you used the buttons. I had no idea what I was doing or how, and had no way to either change the controls or read tutorials for the ones I had. The whole experience was so ass backwards that I decided I'll only bother with the game when I can find a really cheap used copy somewhere.

End of Nations Beta!!! ...which has NDA, so I can't say much other than that. But Command & Conquer fans should check it out - it's Petroglyph, ex-Westwood, so this is kind of a big deal.
