Not that long ago I swapped my FFVII with a mate's FFIX, and going to return them again pretty soon. My memory card is a little annoying but big, and I previously had a game stored on it somewhere. Have to press little lights to change it to the next lot of memory but because it's a little annoying it takes it's time to change around. So, I decided to just start a new game and save it. On there, I couldn't have fights without it freezing up so I just ended up turning it off and now trying it. That was on the ps1 and obviously, disc 1.

Just now I put it in the ps2 and got it to one of my old games on disc 2, and it all starts making weird beeping noises and froze before the battle. I restarted it thinking it just needed a bit of dusting and such, started it again but it's done it AGAIN

Do I have my friend to blame? Or is there something wrong with this whole thing

(SPOILER)Also, did anyone else summon that kupo thang on the world map only to send it away again, about 10+ times before it started making knife-warnings and yelled you to "STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT! KUHPEH!" I'm mean like that

I had one of those big ps1 memory cards too but it didnt work on a Ps2 so that might be you're problem. Try it without the memory card/ a normal ps1 memory card
