Good idea!

The easiest place to smack Rare Truffles around is the deck of Captain Hook's ship; and just running inside the ship and back out is enough to make them spawn. Since Sora can fly in Neverland, he'll be able to stay in the air while hitting a Rare Truffle around (which is why it's so easy to accumulate 100 hits here). You just have to watch out for parts of the ship -- sometimes they block your view, or Sora will accidentally hit a pole and miss his Truffle.
