Death brought you here (referring to the dying soldier that arrives at Lindblum. Here referring to Burmecia)
On the way you found more of it (many dead burmecians in Gizamaluke's Grotto)
I thought you were the cause of it (When you first encounter Dan he accuses you and Vivi of the murder of his people)
Do not confuse me with him (Him referring to Dan from Street Fighter)
I'm a real warrior (FF Dan is a soldier. SF Dan is a joke)
But him and I are not totally different
We have one thing in common
We both saw death (Last few lines referring to both of them dying. FF Dan died in Cleyra. SF Dan was murdered by Kazuya.)

I probably gave too big of a hint by saying a Burmecian. If Gamblet didn't say Freya my hint was going to be that the character is in the game, but at the same time isn't.

I was going to make it rhyme but I'm a bit too drunk. So I'm going to just give the clues in plain ol' English. Hopefully it's not too easy.

You can encounter me early in the game, but I'll probably beat the living trout out of you until the middle of Disc 3 or so.
If you do somehow manage to beat me, I might even drop a card with my own picture on it.

"Quell that incessant rumbling!" - At Alexandria, when Bahamut is summoned, Alexander is summoned to make things "quiet" again.

"Make me something I will like,
bring it quickly, I'm your queen!" - Beatrix? Bringing those stones to Brahne. OR It may refer to eidolons.

"Now clarify yourself, creature.
What are you in truth?" - Alexander is a "creature", and it isn't quite clear what he/it really is.

"I know not how to reward you.
With these Earrings? Or these gloves?
Or can you even wear either?" - I guess the character must be male or has no gender.

So I am going to guess Alexander.

I am somewhat reminded of that book enemy that you face in Alexandria but there is not enough in the way of clues to actually explain why.

I'm thinking this relates to a side mission, but I can't recall one where a glove or any armlets were given.
