Oh, whoops! Sorry guys. All guesses so far have been incorrect.
Hint: "Gross" has several meanings.

Gross refers to the number in the first line, and the adjective in the second line.

Yep! Carries two gross (2 x 144 = 288 people, as mentioned by an obscure sign that I and five other people paid attention to), destroyed by one gross person...
I must admit I've forgotten what the third line refers to. It's been a while since I made the riddle. Could be that there's only one NPC (Gilgamesh) that you can win it from (by playing Tetra Master, that is). Not the best line if that's so, but it's my best guess.
The last line refers to seeing it in the opening scene, but moreso to its name, Prima Vista (literally "first sight").
I believe the third line referred to Morrid, who holds the Theatre Ship Model.
I don't have one at the minute, but I might tomorrow. If I don't post within 24 hours, assume I've passed my turn.
