Bagels, toasted till slightly crisp on the inside with melted butter is like... a delicacy of my life.

I like egg bagels and everything bagels (they have tons of seeds, a bit of garlic and onion, and a bit of salt on the outsides) the very best, but I'll eat just about any bagel.

I can only eat them once a week now and I have to scoop the insides out, because of my diet, but they're soooo good.

They're fairly common in California, almost not at all in Oklahoma or Texas from what I could see though.

Here in Ohio we have lots of Jews and an Einstein Bagels on every corner and all our grocery stores have kosher sections and bagels and wine everywhere.
