New Weapon Skills

Fourteen new weapon skills to accompany the grind from level 76-80. Obviously we can't tell a whole lot from the video, except that Square Enix seems to favor single or double hit weapon skills this round.

At any rate: thoughts? Sanguine Blade looks interesting, but I doubt it will replace Atonement spam for PLD or any of BLU's multi-hit options.

I wonder what Sanguine Blade absorbs. MP Maybe? Or maybe it's a damage converted to MP WS like that staff one. That would be great.

Sanguine implies blood, so my money is on HP drain. It's also a similar animation to Drain II, which also temporarily increases max HP. That'd be a nice little trick for PLD.

Depending on how significant the drain was, increasing max HP could be very useful--for PLD at least. Although, to be honest, I doubt it would beat Atonement spam.
