Was this something you downloaded from PSN? It might be something like what happened with me and my PSP:

I downloaded it from a friend's account on PSN.
He might have disabled access to it for your console.

You know... when I first read the title, I pictured a Monty Oum style video available on YouTube that combined characters and aspects of Final Fantasy with the Wii game No More Heroes and it sounded pretty cool in my head.
I think the problem can be solved by logging into your friend's account on your system. I'm not very sure about that though!
