Some of my personal goals are (not sure they'll fit on that more general list of yours):
- I want to travel the world. Again! I want to go on long travels for the rest of my life.
- I want to become a better cook.
- I want to live as a vegetarian for at least a longer period of time (at least a year). If I can do it for the rest of my life then great!
- I want to get an education at uni.
- Down the line I want to get a job that pushes me on both a personal and creative level.
- If I'm ever gonna have kids I want at least one of them to be adopted.
- I want to live in a foreign country for at least a longer period of time.
- I want to learn more languages (or at least perfect the ones I do know).
...those are the ones I could think of.
Track down Morgan Freeman and make him narrate my life at gunpoint. I'll have that smooth as jazz voice for myself before my days are done.

Visit every single state in the US, airport layovers don't count.

Rent a cabin for a month somewhere beautiful and isolated and disconnect from technology.

Spend 6 months visiting European countries
Random:
Appear on television at least once, hopefully not connection with crime and the daily news.
Hot air balloon ride
Shoot guns at a shooting range. Bang bang!
Meet a president or a member of a royal family
Bowl a perfect game
Witness a herd of wild horses galloping in a field
Go see a World Cup/Superbowl/Olympics in person.
Food:
Pick fresh strawberries from a strawberry field
Eat at Chez Panisse and French Laundry, two of the best restaurants in the world
Learn to make handmade pasta from a little old Grandma in Italy
Grow my own herb and vegetable garden
Personal:
Learn to play the piano
Learn to speak passable French, Italian & Spanish

I pretty much just want to travel and live in several foreign countries for a short amount of time. Possibly "live off the land" for a couple months in the middle of nowhere.
