I used to be the least flexible person ever. I couldn't touch my toes or anything. After starting running, I got more flexible and was able to touch my toes. Now, I'm able to places my palms down on the floor without bending at the knees for a few seconds. That gives me a nice stretching feeling.

Maybe if I keep up running, and I try yoga, I'll be so flexible that I can be like one of those crazy tantric sex people, like Sting!
