Very, and have always been, probably thanks to the karate practice at an early age.
For instance, I can touch the floor next to my feet with my palms with no problem at all.

I used to be the third most flexible person in my class back in High School. I'm not even close to that now, but can still touch my toes and rest a knuckle or two on the ground if I'm standing with straight legs. Might take a little while to get to that point, though... that's when relaxed, btw.I might try while actively stretching later on.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
I learned some martial art back in the days and they trained me on stretching, mainly for kicking purposes. Up till now, I can still stretch pretty well. :mymelrelaxed:
I've been really unfit most of my life, but I've always been the most flexible person I know of. I can put my feet behind my neck and all.

When I was younger I would put my legs behind my head for no reason at all. I can still do that. So the answer is yes.
When I lived in Atlanta I free ran a lot, but there's nowhere to run here, so I mostly stay inside. My flexibility is stunted because of inactivity, but I can still jump super high!
