Actually that one was pretty bad when AG last ran the Ciddies. If you think two people picking out the same member is unlikely, you should try two members picking out the same post. Basically the ones that got through tended to be the ones that people "arranged" to get nominated by getting someone else to nominate it along with them. Which isn't really the best thing to encourage.
