It seems like the Paper Mario game is a new game, rather than a remake. If you go to Nintendo E3 Network | Nintendo 3DS, you'll notice in the pictures section for Paper Mario, the game looks to be a new one. Also, the Star Fox game seems to be a remake of Star Fox 64.
