I've found that when I listen to classical music while I sleep, I tend to wake up in a better, more relaxed mood, and I'm more productive through the day. I'm not sure what it is about classical music that does this, but I'm not complaining! I've always had a fond affection for classical music, after all![]()
However, strangely enough, listening to a playlist of all my favorite songs doesn't do it for me. I sometimes wake up feeling good but not as often as i wake up feeling bleh.
