RULES AND REGULATIONS
You are to submit a smiley of any theme but preferably a frog theme as everyone likes frogs. (And does not goes against the forums rules!)
Post in the thread with your smiley and we will include it as a submission!

You have one week to create and submit your smiley! After that it will be the voting stage where members will vote for their favorite smileys!
