Snow is a child molester, quite simply.

Can't be a child molester is the girl in question is of legal age of consent, and there is nothing to indicate that Serah is not.

If we all agree she's 16 it ain't legal in America. Jail-bait!

Nonetheless, people normally like to hook up people around their height, so Serah (who seemed to be a shorty) and Snow (who was absolutely massive) did seem like an strange pair to me.

American standards actually change from state to state. In California, its 18. In Nevada which is right next door, its 16. But American standards don't matter anyway. The standards of Cocoon would apply. However, we have no direct data on the legal age of consent according to Cocoon. Never comes up in story, and since no one ever accuses Snow of anything in appropriate, it would seem logical that the standards of the country of origin of the developers would apply, if she is indeed 16. So unless my information is out of date and they've raised the age of consent in Japan, everything is A-Ok.
