Actually, I like the one that's perpetually fleeing from the dog in Treno. I forget his/her name though.
Definitely Stiltzkin, was always fun running into him during the game.

I liked running into Stiltzkin but the Moogle family is my favorite. You help them start their family and watch the little ones grow all through out the game.
